BIOLOGICAL WINE – ORGANIC WINE
Although not native, Chardonnay grapes have firmly established their roots in Sicily, offering organoleptic characteristics rarely found in other terroirs. Hand-harvested into small crates, they are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation is controlled at a constant temperature of 16°C, and aging takes place in stainless steel containers for 6 months. The bottles rest for at least one month before being released to the market.

With an intense straw yellow color, this wine offers broad olfactory sensations of tropical fruit, typical of this international grape variety that has perfectly adapted to Sicily.
At the table, it pairs well with pasta dishes and grilled seasonal vegetables.
