VINO BIOLOGICO – ORGANIC WINE
Marsala's quintessential grape variety, it provides great structure and minerality. Hand-harvested into small crates, it is destemmed
and gently pressed. Fermentation is controlled at a constant temperature of 16/18°C, and aging takes place in
stainless steel containers for over 6 months.
The bottles rest for at least one month before being released to the market.

The grapes were harvested from August 25th to 31st.
With a straw yellow color and greenish reflections, this wine boasts great intensity and persistence.
It is dominated by notes of yellow fruit and delicate hints of citrus and aromatic herbs.
On the palate, it offers excellent freshness and savoriness.
An ideal companion for salads, soups, and couscous.
