VEGAN WINE
In our opinion, the perfect pairing. Although not indigenous, the combination of Chardonnay and Grillo grapes best represents the characteristics of Sicilian wine. A blend that has allowed us to create a wine of great elegance and structure. Maximum care is taken during harvesting and vinification, following traditional processes. The aging occurs partly in stainless steel and partly in French oak barriques for 9 months. The bottles then rest in the cellar for three months before being released for sale.

During the tasting, one can notice intense aromas reminiscent of typical Sicilian citrus fruits, complemented by delicate hints of vanilla. It has excellent structure, is dry, and offers good persistence. Harmonious. Complex. We recommend pairing it with couscous and traditional Mediterranean dishes.
