Terre Siciliane – Typical Geographical Indication
This is our idea of a Catarratto wine ready to drink, cool and great for lounge aperitifs, a wine that enhances the heat, tempered by the winds, typical of our area. The grapes are harvested by hand, the musts are fermented in temperature controlled and the wines aged in stainless steel vats.

Pruning system: guyot
The grapes are harvested during the second half of September.
During the tasting you can see the bright straw yellow color and hints of yellow fruit and a dry aftertaste, typical of this grape variety. Perfect pairing with aperitifs and traditional Mediterranean fish-based dishes.
