Sicilia CDO – Controlled Designation of Origin
It is our idea of a ready-to-drink Nero d’Avola. Isola dei Profumi Nero d’Avola is a fresh wine, perfect for daily consumption, a wine that highlights the warmth, softened by the winds, typical of our region. The hand-harvested grapes are destemmed and macerated in temperature-controlled fermenters at 22/24°C. Malolactic fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel containers.

The grapes were harvested from September 10th to 20th.
During the tasting, one can notice the violet-red color and intense, lively aromas. It is a young and balanced wine. We recommend pairing it with dishes based on red meats and flavorful soft cheeses.
