VINO BIOLOGICO – ORGANIC WINE
Brought to Sicily by the Phoenicians, Zibibbo grapes offer great minerality, freshness, and pleasantness. Hand-harvested into small crates, they are destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14°C, and aging occurs in stainless steel tanks for a period of no less than 4 months. An additional month of bottle aging is carried out before release to the market.

Wine with a straw yellow color and greenish reflections. Evident and inviting fruity notes typical of the Mediterranean, characterized by freshness and savoriness. An exceptional companion for aperitifs, salads, and Mediterranean cuisine dishes. Recommended serving temperature: around 12°C.
