The origin of this grape variety is still debated. The only certainty we can affirm is that our Syrah grapes express a strong character, shaped by the Sicilian sun.
Hand-harvested into small crates, the grapes are destemmed and macerated at a controlled temperature between 24 and 27°C. Aging takes place in stainless steel containers and French oak barriques for 6 months, followed by one month in the bottle before being marketed.

The grapes were harvested from September 5th to 12th.
With a deep ruby red color, it boasts a rich and alluring aroma featuring notes of wild berries perfectly harmonized with spicy hints of black pepper and balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is generous, with a pleasantly tannic, velvety, and persistent sensation. At the table, it pairs well with grilled mushrooms, risottos, and bean soup.
