VEGAN WINE
The elegance of the Cabernet Sauvignon is enhanced in the hills between Marsala and Salemi. Harvested by hand in small crates, the grapes are de-stemmed and macerated at a temperature controlled between 24 and 27° C, the wine is matured in stainless steel containers and barrels French oak for 6 months. Then remain a month in bottle before being marketed.

Grapes harvested in the second half of August.
This wine has an intense ruby color. Embracing aroma with strong notes of red-barries fruits perfectly harmonious with herbaceous and spicy notes. It is rich, ample and persistent on the palate with a distinct but pleasant velvety tannins, typical of this grape variety. Perfect served with truffle based dishes, soups, risotto and grilled food.
