The grapes were harvested during the second week of August.
With a fine and persistent perlage, a golden yellow color with golden reflections, the aroma is fruity, characterized by varietal notes combined with hints of yeast and bread crust. Fresh, structured, with good persistence. Undosed, it is a versatile wine, especially paired with fish-based dishes.
