Sicilia - Controlled Designation of Origin
Of Sicilian origin, typical of the inland hilly areas, Nero d’Avola grapes express the full Sicilian essence of their terroir. Hand-harvested into small crates, they are destemmed and macerated at a controlled temperature between 24 and 27°C. Aging takes place in stainless steel containers and French oak barriques for 6 months, followed by one month in the bottle before being released to the market.

Intense ruby red color. Characterized by an enveloping aroma dominated by notes of red berry fruits, harmonized with hints of spices and vanilla. On the palate, it is rich, full-bodied, and persistent, distinguished by a pleasant freshness typical of the grape variety. An ideal companion for dishes featuring asparagus, soups, and grilled peppers.
