VINO BIOLOGICO – ORGANIC WINE
An ancient native grape variety, typical of western Sicily, organic Catarratto offers a pleasant freshness accompanied by broad fruity sensations and citrus notes, characteristic of this variety. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14°C, and aging occurs in stainless steel tanks for a period of no less than 6 months. An additional month of bottle aging is carried out before release to the market.

The grapes are harvested during the second half of September.
With a straw yellow color and greenish reflections, this wine
offers broad fruity sensations and citrus notes typical of
this grape variety. On the palate, it is fresh and enveloping with
a pleasant persistence. An excellent companion for Mediterranean
cuisine pasta dishes, risottos, and eggplant caponata.
